IPCC just published a press release about the meeting in Georgia this week. The press release suggests that a decision about having an AR6 or not is at least delayed until the first quarter of 2015:

Future work of the IPCC
At the conclusion of each assessment cycle, the IPCC generally reflects on the report preparation process and draws lessons for the IPCC’s future work programmes and processes. The 37th Session formed a Task Group on the future work of the IPCC, agreed on its terms of reference and asked it to prepare a report presenting options and/or recommendations for the 41st Session of the IPCC to be held in the first quarter of 2015, in time for the expected election of a new IPCC Bureau.
This Task Group will be chaired by New Zealand and Saudi Arabia and will consider the future products of the IPCC; the appropriate structure and modus operandi for the production of these IPCC products; and ways to ensure enhancement of the participation and contribution of developing countries in the future work of the IPCC.
Among other work, the 37th Session reviewed the progress by its Working Groups on the preparation of the Fifth Assessment Report and related outreach activities, as well as programme and budget matters.
